Bih Pascaline is acting Program Director 1 for African Girls Cameroon. She is a Journalist by training and brings her experience of working with community-based initiatives and Women’s Organizations in Cameroon particularly on issues of women and girls’ rights, leadership and voice and their sexual reproductive health. Prior to joining African Girls, she worked as Administrator for North West Association of Development Organizations (NWADO), Project Lead for the Democracy and Empowerment of Women project in Community Initiative for Sustainable Development (COMINSUD; advocating for women and girls’ rights, enhancing their capacity to lead change in their communities and to make their voices heard in Decision making processes on matters that concern them. She currently runs quarterly young women leadership forums and equips young women and adolescent girls with knowledge and skills to make informed sexual and reproductive health choices. She is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and she works with African Girls to contribute in finding solutions to the challenges women and girls in Africa face.
